Why Fat Toad Films?
The name, and our branding – designed by Luciane Pisane at Design Studio Moe – was inspired by the eye of the toad, which, unlike a human eye, doesn’t have involuntary saccadic motion. Instead, the toad manoeuvres itself in order to focus on its prey, rather like a camera operator and their subject.
